Coping with Anxiety
When it seems like there’s no end in sight.
There is. There is an end in sight. Anxiety is a roller coaster. But it’s not the one that we pay and stand in line for.
Waves of anxious emotions can completely debilitate someone. It can stop you right in your tracks. Whether you like it or not, anxiety can overrule logic and rationale. Everyone has their own strategies and coping mechanisms when it comes to emotions.
What do you do when none of those work?
How to Deal with Anxiety?

What if the Anxiety Comes Back?

Many of us can relate. We have good days, and we have bad ones. First, give yourself a pat on the back and celebrate that victory, regardless of the size. You SQUASHED that anxiety!
Now, what are some long-term strategies that can help you deal with anxiety?
