Getting 2022 off to a Healthy Start

The end of the year can hit our bodies hard. Cold weather, irregular routines, overindulgences, uncommon foods – the list goes on. All these factors play into how your body feels at the beginning of 2022. The fatigue you feel, the lack of motivation and whatnot can be tough when you really want to hit the new year with a bang!

Detoxing your body after 2021 is essential to getting you back on track, ready for everything the new decade has in store for you. However, detoxing doesn’t mean an all juice diet and no fun – no. It’s about balance, bringing a rhythm back to your routine that your body has been lacking in the past month.  

Drastic changes don’t tend to work but small sustainable steps in the right direction will get you back on track in no time. Introducing organic foods, fresh fruit and vegetables and free-range eggs and meat are all great starting steps. Try some high fiber foods to kick your system in shape and support your immune system with quality supplements. Your local health food store will be able to advise on what would be a good addition to your body for the results you are looking for. Whether that is boosted energy, higher immunity or otherwise. 

Start by drinking water, introducing more each day until you get to the recommended daily intake. Small steps towards ultimate success are the key. Take 2022 into your hands by making little changes for big results!
