Less or More?

We say less of what you don’t like and more of what you do like this August!

Because everything in life is a balance.

Figuring out what you don’t like (and eliminating it) can be just as beneficial as investing time into the things that you genuinely do enjoy.

When it comes to health, noticing and decreasing your destructive behaviors, the things that impact your health for the negative, and increasing your constructive survival values, the things you do for the positive is an overall vital strategy for optimizing your wellness for the long term.

Naturally, two things come to mind when it comes to overall health and wellbeing. Namely, getting outside and moving your body. This will help to clear your body and your mind all at once.

Sometimes our physical symptoms make us feel tired and unmotivated, constantly getting in the way of us moving. Yet, at the same time, by moving our bodies we increase our energy.

This is another life-enhancing benefit of keeping your spine and nervous system healthy, as it helps you to get into an optimal state of wellbeing.

Everything in life is a balance. It all works in one clean circular motion, and when one thing flows off track, almost everything will flow off track with it.

Keeping the good things rolling by saying yes to the things that make you feel good should be a habit we all strive to integrate into our lives over the next couple of months.

If chiropractic sessions are making you feel good, be sure you have a couple of sessions scheduled too. See you in practice!
