Before we rush back to school and another winter season, take the time to organize and simplify. Make a promise to prioritize the things that make you happy, the things that’ll improve your life, no matter how big or small the changes might seem.
Finding a work-life balance is just as important to your health as exercising, taking vitamins, and attending your sessions with us. Here are some other ways you can simplify your life before the seasons change again:
• Declutter your house and donate what you don’t need to goodwill
• Make a meal plan each Sunday for the week ahead
• Cut out toxic traits that don’t bring you joy
• Keep a planner to have a better overview of your week
• Plan a walk or workout each week
• Fold away your clothes
• Reduce your time with toxic people
• Organize that cupboard you’ve been avoiding
