Vegan Immunity Booster Smoothie

Not all immunity-boosting smoothies need to be green. Orange and carrot based juices are packed with antioxidants and vitamins to get your system jumping. They’re simple to make. Throw all ingredients in the blender and two minutes later you have yourself a delicious and nutritious treat. Great for all the family!

Option 1 includes: 

1 cup frozen mango chunks (or fresh and a handful of ice)

2 full oranges (peeled)

1 large banana

1 cup of fresh carrot juice

Option 2 includes: 

1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple

Half cup of ice

Half cup orange juice

Half cup finely chopped carrot
